Hi, I'm having a hard time replicating this problem.
Please could you attach complete files instead of just snippets so that I have the complete picture of your setup. If the files are sensitive, you can always send me a private message with the info. You can also attach the files to a response so that you don't have to paste the whole file.
Please would you send your complete log which covers the error, as well as the complete cache-config.xml.
